Eating Meat [Update January, 2022]

“Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.” Hippocrates

It’s safe to say writing this article back in 2018 was part of an evolution of understanding on my part.  I was exploring why I was so darned sick—why I had been so sick for years.  I had teetered on going vegetarian for year—not because I thought meat was going to kill me, but because I L_O_O_V_E animals.

Let’s look at the information available back then.  I have added a few new items:

Did you watch it? Experience tells me most won’t, so I’ll go on to tell you what I gleaned from it.

If we see how we dare treat animals to please our taste buds (my mouth has watered at the sizzling of a steak in the past), we would see how easily it would be to convert the Human resource into stalls of complacency as well. Bit by bit, we are being herded into stalls. Jeff Goldblum touts the amazingness of apartment living at a time when most cannot make enough money to buy a home. When I was a child, buying a home was a pinnacle of success. We are being seduced through the industrialization of psychology to believe we should lower our expectations. We are being made to believe we should expect, and be happy with less. (Yes—Industry employs droves of psychologists.)

But let’s get back to meat.

I’ve take global warming off of my plate.  Why?

To be truthful, I am no longer assured about global warming at all.  I had to admit to myself that my seventy years on this planet are a spit in time and the fluctuations I’ve seen could be quite normal.  In addition, the same organizations brainwashing us as to global warming are guilty of infusing our planet with all sorts of terrible things.  Why?  To prove what point?

I give up—you tell me.

It takes 24,000 gallons of water to produce one pound of meat. The feed these animals eat produces (what was once called manure) slurry. When I was a kid, we had cow chips. Damn–you could just about frisbee them.  The farm I lived on had dairy cows. They went to pasture by day; did their defecation in the field (drove it into the ground with their hooves, returning it to the earth), and came into a barn where wooden troughs had been carved to catch what was left in their innards. It was solid stuff. There was a big double-door at the back of the barn where manure was piled high until planting season came. It was fertilizer.

Now most animals (pigs, cows, chickens) are being fed GMO corn and soy which turns into a liquid in their digestive systems. It squirts out of their behind in a stream. This slurry is kept in big ponds and is sprayed onto crop fields.

Now I don’t know about you, but I always learned that diarrhea meant you’re sick. When these slurry-ridden animals have completed their five months or so growth, or when a dairy cow is burnt out from producing gallons and gallons more milk than they healthily can (5 years) because of injected hormones, they go to slaughter.

Then we eat the meat infused with hormones, herbicides, antibiotics, and pesticides, and wonder why we’re sick all the time. Youth is fleeting. You can beat your body up for just so long before it fights back. We don’t need pills; we need good food.

Let’s get away from diarrhea and go back to meat again.

Hamburger now contains things like spinal columns. As a child, I would walk to the butcher store, order a pound of hamburger, and watch the butcher grind the meat right in front of me, and it was meat. I probably don’t want to know what goes into hamburger today.

Below is a video discussion of our health concerns today—especially those of our kids.

We no longer “prevent” disease, we “treat” symptoms. When my cholesterol skyrocketed, I got myself to the doctor and got a pill. I always knew this was treating the symptom and not the problem, but I was lazy. (When I did engage in a good diet, my cholesterol numbers went down.) But I was younger, and eventually, those pills caused pain and discomfort. This year, as my health slide down the decline, I came to the decision that I had to stop taking the drugs I had been prescribed (They have a pill for almost everything.) and abandon medicine. I was in constant pain, had reoccurring infections, and my sleep was limited. One of the first things I noticed was that I was pain-free. Another was I slept much of the next five weeks. It was both glorious and concerning. I emerged from my bed feeling better than I had in a long time.

As I aged, I found taking a pill for one symptom gave me ten more symptoms. But that’s okay. There are ten pills for each of those symptoms. The problem is you are gifted with a hundred more. This had to stop.

After my extended date with my pillow, I was still sick, but I was better. I explored another topic quite by accident. Most of you probably did not like my perusings on that topic. But I found another way to protect myself from bad health. That topic had woven through my life in insidious ways. I only now have completed realizing the damage that that path has bulldozed through my life. I mourn what I have lost because of it and the damage it has done to my eldest. My fault was trust.

Another food dark-side lies below

The Dark Side of Fast Food: Why Does It Make You Sick / Fat / Tired / Taste So Good (2001)

Fast Food Nation: The Dark Side of the All-American Meal (2001) is a book by investigative journalist Eric Schlosser that examines the local and global influence of the United States fast food industry. More on the book:

First serialized by Rolling Stone in 1999, the book has drawn comparisons to Upton Sinclair’s classic muckraking novel The Jungle. The book was adapted into a film of the same name, directed by Richard Linklater.

The book is divided into two sections, “The American Way,” which interrogates the beginnings of the Fast Food Nation within the context of post-World War II America; and “Meat and Potatoes,” which examines the specific mechanizations of the fast-food industry, including the chemical flavoring of the food, the production of cattle and chickens, the working conditions of beef industry, the dangers of eating meat, and the global context of fast food as an American cultural export.

Fast Food Nation opens with discussion of Carl N. Karcher and the McDonalds brothers, examining their roles as pioneers of the fast-food industry in southern California. This discussion is followed by an examination of Ray Kroc and Walt Disney’s complicated relationship as well as each man’s rise to fame. This chapter also considers the intricate, profitable methods of advertising to children. Next, Schlosser visits Colorado Springs, CO and investigates the life and working conditions of the typical fast-food industry employee: fast-food restaurants employ the highest rate of low-wage workers, have among the highest turnover rates, and pay minimum wage to a higher proportion of its employees than any other American industry.

The second section of the text begins with a discussion of the chemical components that make the food taste so good. Schlosser follows this with a discussion of the life of a typical rancher, considering the difficulties presented to the agriculture world in a new economy. Schlosser is perhaps most provocative when he critiques the meatpacking industry, which he tags as the most dangerous job in America. Moreover, the meat produced by slaughterhouses has become exponentially more hazardous since the centralization of the industry: the way cattle are raised, slaughtered, and processed provides an ideal setting for E coli to spread. Additionally, working conditions continue to grow worse. In the final chapter, Schlosser considers how fast food has matured as an American cultural export following the Cold War: the collapse of Soviet Communism has allowed the mass spread of American goods and services, especially fast food. As a result, the rest of the world is catching up with America’s rising obesity rates.

The book continues with an account of the evolution of fast food and how it has coincided with the advent of the automobile. Schlosser explains the transformation from countless independent restaurants to a few uniform franchises. “The extraordinary growth of the fast food industry has been driven by fundamental changes in American society… During that period, women entered the workforce in record numbers, often motivated less by a feminist perspective than by a need to pay the bills. In 1975, about one-third of American mothers with young children worked outside the home; today almost two-thirds of such mothers are employed. As the sociologists Cameron Lynne Macdonald and Carmen Sirianni have noted, the entry of so many women into the workforce has greatly increased demand for the types of services that housewives traditionally perform: cooking, cleaning, and child care. A generation ago, three-quarters of the money used to buy food in the United States was spent to prepare meals at home. Today about half of the money used to buy food is spent at restaurants – mainly at fast food restaurants.”

Regarding the topic of child-targeted marketing, Schlosser explains how the McDonald’s Corporation modeled its marketing tactics on The Walt Disney Company, which inspired the creation of advertising icons such as Ronald McDonald and his sidekicks. Marketing executives intended that this marketing shift would result not only in attracting children, but their parents and grandparents as well. More importantly, the tactic would instill brand loyalty that would persist through adulthood through nostalgic associations to McDonald’s. Schlosser also discusses the tactic’s ills: the exploitation of children’s naïveté and trusting nature.

In marketing to children, Schlosser suggests, corporations have infiltrated schools through sponsorship and quid pro quo. He sees that reductions in corporate taxation have come at the expense of school funding, thereby presenting many corporations with the opportunity for sponsorship with those same schools.

So what’s Good?

I gave up meat, eggs, dairy, fish and almost all sugar [At least, I had back then]; I avoid pesticides and herbicides by buying organic food and embarked on a journey to better health. I gave up my nightly fair of TV fiction and devoted my hours to study. [I still do…]

The result? My innards are fixing themselves (I suffered my own version of slurry from eating GMO foods.); I have no more pain, and I have hopes that the recurring infection caused by my medication for Autoimmune disease will stop with time. That medication was only geared towards slowing the disease, but it was also the one causing the most problems. I slowly came to an understanding that “death by complications of Autoimmune disease” could be related to my ever-evolving, drug-resistant infections caused by the medication.  And the Glyphosate in our foods is patented as a broad spectrum antibiotic as well as many things.

My heart was doing flip-flops when I would lie down. I knew medicine would simply prescribe more medicine. I watched a video that caused me to theorize my hefty cholesterol levels could be the result of a deficit in sulfates. I really didn’t eat many cholesterol-inducing foods. I’ve always suspected I was one of those people who produce cholesterol. But why?

The heart requires sulfates. I never ate foods rich in sulfates. To the best of my knowledge, cholesterol is the transport for sulfates. Was my liver generating more cholesterol because my heart was calling for the meager supply of sulfates in my body?

I thank Dr. Stephanie Seneff for that insight in one of her many terrific videos.

Onions are rich in sulfates—I love onions. I started consuming them daily in an experiment to see if they would drive my cholesterol down. To my surprise, my heart stopped doing flip-flops. I dug deeper.

I’ve always known the vegan diet reigned supreme. I sought out information on those diets. I’ve learned much. There is an adage: Eat to Live, Don’t Live to Eat. Now think about that. I know I have always lived to eat. I looooooooooooove my treats, but my A1c was 5.6 last go-round. At 5.7 they call you prediabetic and give you a pill that readily causes dementia. I loved coffee with Nestle’s Quick and Half-and-Half. It was a mainstay in my life. Black coffee, here I went. I’m trying to treat my body like it needs me to take care of it, not like it’s there for me to abuse with my desires. I keep telling myself—Eat to Live Eat to Live Eat to Live…

I watched many videos, but this one has two top heart Docs in it. Two top doctors on nutrition and heart disease talk here. One saved 11 out of 12 from certain death with the right nutrition.

Does organic cost more? I haven’t crunched the numbers, but if you give up the expensive categories like meat and butter, I think it may be slightly more expensive. If you consider the impact everybody going meatless would have on our environment—well—how much is your life worth?

In closing, you might want to watch this remarkable woman. She is fighting for all of us. She is a nuclear physicist turned ecological expert. She is fighting corporations’ move to grab control of all seeds on earth.  Skip over the French guy if you don’t understand the language.

America is helping to facilitate the takeover of Africa.  Oh, the land is lived on–but agro companies are buying the land that people have lived on for generations upon generations.  Centuries of culture and custom.  Their governments are approached by those who call themselves philanthropists and futurists.  Whole villages have the land sold from underneath them by governments.  The bulldozers come, they are told to leave, and if they resist, government troops just shoot and kill a few.  They are not allowed to take belongings or animals and watch while their ancestral homes, filled with their belongings and memories, are driven into the ground.

Will there come a day when they create an island of clones used purely for body parts? Will we destroy human life to keep those of us rich enough to afford it alive a little longer? And don’t try to tell me we won’t do anything like this. Remember—I’ve experienced the brutality of the human species in horrible ways… As I wrote to a Harvard Professor a few days ago, “How can you emulate compassion and empathy when you have none?”

I also just had to redo this one:

“Throughout our lifetime, the normal immune system walks a fine line between preserving normal immune reactions and developing autoimmune diseases,” says the article. “The healthy immune system is tolerant to self-antigens. When self-tolerance is disturbed, dysregulation of the immune system follows, resulting in the emergence of an autoimmune disease. Vaccination is one of the conditions that may disturb this homeostasis in susceptible individuals, resulting in autoimmune phenomena and ASIA.”

      2. George Church already talks of humans used for organs. His video is in here:

        The Moronic Variant
        https://joyce-bowen.blog/2021/12/10/the-moronic-variant/

What is this article trying to say? It showcases the true nature of the Moronic [Omicron] Variant. It has appeared to infect just about all of those institutions professing to be guiding humanity to its future. The future they are proposing is NAZIESK—Darwinistic and drives the human species completely away from its natural evolution.

Harvard is a home for documentation of NAZI experimentation documentation and Harvard is not a friend of the masses. Harvard is bosom buddies with Gates, the Clintons, the Obamas—a second home even….

There is a video with Harvard geneticist George Church. In it he says,
“..specifically if you are going to grow the human to be an organ donor”

The Moronic Variant exists but in quite a different way from what we imagined

He maintains genetic listings of supposedly smart people.

  1. If my memory serves me correctly George Church was connected to Epstein. So that Island you are talking about may have been that Epstein Island before they set fire to it. Life is becoming so bizarre I promise if I twitch my nose and look down I will be wearing red shoes. I will be watching these videos as I wind down my night. Thank you.
